Through Gritted Teeth & White Knuckles 

We use 12% of our mind consciously. Ideally this is the part of the mind we use for discernment; though often we can be found using it for judging, labeling, criticizing…you see the point.

 

88% of our mind is made up of our subconscious, unconscious, and super-conscious.

 

So yes, you can choose to “white knuckle” it every day with your conscious mind (12%), telling yourself that you “should” have a salad, or that you “need to” get on the treadmill, or you "have to" do cold-calling today…

A few will be quite successful with this method. Many of us will not.

Mind Over Matter Step One:
Using kinesiology, or muscle testing, we search for those old limiting subconscious beliefs you may not even know you have, but that are the very source of self sabotage. Often these beliefs were formed in childhood, before we  developed the experience to discern our own truth. 

Mind Over Matter Step Two:
With discernment and experience on our side now, we dissolve these beliefs...using logic, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), prayer, conscious choice...whatever it takes to dissolve these beliefs that do not serve us anymore.

Mind Over Matter Step Three:
Now we identify what your true motivations are for (your goal here), and what choices you are wiling to make...what behavior you're willing to trade, to achieve the results you desire. Baby steps, or big bold steps. Whatever works for you.
